6. Geared towards starting one’s own enterprise

 

7. Co-learners with wide age mix that can help in bringing different flavours and learning resources to the process

 

8. A sense of community and democratic co-learning environment

 

9. Each learner will have a mentor in his area of interest and a mitra to guide him in his learning  process

 

10. Hindi and local languages are used in the learning process to bring out feelings and nuances
